At age 44 I was going through changes that made it difficult to maintain a healthy weight and feel better in the process. A year and a half ago I decided it was time for a different approach.Jesica at HT Fitness was the answer! Her methods, workouts and personal motivation have given me a whole new outlook on my 40’s. Now at 45, I am down 15lbs, have more tone and definition, AND…the energy and motivation to make this a lifestyle change. I feel GREAT and can’t wait to continue to see and feel the changes I am making! Jesica’s motivation makes me WANT to work out instead of just having to. For the first time in my life I enjoy hitting the gym.
